Baby Gavin (7 weeks) is up and running. He went on his first stroller run today!
Weather was perfect. 65 degrees and overcast - so he was comfy in his blankie.
This is the same route I walked the day I gave birth. It's 2.35 miles- today I ran 2 miles and walked the rest. It felt great - much easier than a treadmill!
I'm pretty sure he loved it

I recognize that trail. I miss being able to run/walk with you. Well, I pretty much miss seeing you all together. Forget about the exercise thing.
