Everything I see through a good camera/lens is simply beautiful. Just look at this Christmas ornament. Ahhhhh. I love short depth of field. And how about that Bokeh? I had 5 minutes to play with my employers new camera & macro lens and wow! I was more than excited to be 100% fully manual. I’ve gone a very long time without a great camera and now I can’t stand it anymore. It’s as if I’m missing my right arm. Torture. I have a good 35mm – but that was out of date years ago. It’s just not practical to be using real film these days. My digital cameras have all been little point and shoots and it hasn’t bothered me much…until this year. My eye is aching, yes aching, for a Canon DSLR and lots of fun lenses. Hence my savings account… and a whopping amount of patience. For now, I’ll enjoy this ornament.
