OOPS, I did it AGAIN!

And just in case I was still in denial, the doctor put not one, but 2 arrows pointing to the very obvious boy part.

Just in case you're wondering, Yes I wanted a girl. Very very much. And I still do. Was I disappointed when he told me it was a boy? Yes. Did I sigh and shed a tear? Yes. Will I probably shed many more tears? Of course, I'm totally hormonal right now. Will I love this little man any less - heck no!

Let's look on the bright side - I'll save hundreds $$$ on the nursery decor that I won't have to change and on clothes that are in good enough condition to hand down. My girlfriend says I'll save thousands on accessories - apparently girls have more things to wear than just jeans and T. Who knew? That's all I wear. Ha ha. After all, I am sort of a tom boy.

I'm still wondering WHY? This is the 4th boy I've had (1st one give for adoption at birth). 4 in a row???? What are the odds? Now it's a good thing I know the scriptures and trust the Lord or I might just go into a depression... or something crazy like that. Many of my friends have expressed their sympathy (they knew my heart) but also gently reminded me that God will not give you more than you can handle (see 1Cor10:13) and that all children are indeed a blessing.

Psalm 127: 3-5

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward.
