My hair is pretty high maintenance... thick, curly, cowlicks, the works. It's not a wash and go wet and then comes out perfect type of do. It takes work. I don't like to work - on hair that is. I have little time for myself - make up and hair are very last minute for me due to other responsibilities - such as 2 crazy kids. I'm not scared of change. I like it drastic sometimes. Today was the day.
We cut off about 6 inches, did drastic highlights, brownish red low lights, and over all dark brown to the rest. The biggest shocker is the BANGS. It's VERY high maintenance for me to have bangs because of a large cowlick on my right forhead... so not fun. We'll see how I manage it. I haven't had bangs since High School - about 14 years ago.
Today, I'm lovin' the new do. Not sure about the next day or the week after. But for today, I'm enjoying it.

Rob, I love it! Wow your eyes look SO green. I know I was telling you this at the beach, but you look so awesome all around, not just your new hair. You must be a successful mom because you don't look frumpy like the rest of us. Maybe I need to call your stylist or just buy some suave.
