Sad Day

This is why I don't watch the news, or let my children. Such sad sad things reported. I had so much hope for this family. What a sad story. But, I know that there is nothing new under the sun and that God remains on the throne. His call is for all to repent and come to Him for salvation. I'm praying the King family finds joy in the Lord amidst their sorrow and grief.

It's been a tough few weeks! I haven't had the news on AT ALL! First...Shamu killed his trainer! I would HATE for Chasey to realized that Shamu hurt someone....then....they keep showing OUR townhouses on the news!! Oh my gosh!! If she saw OUR houses on the news??? I don't even want to know the questions that she would have and I want to keep her an innocent little girl for as long as possible and not have to explain the "bad guy" yet....it's so hard!

I stopped watching "news" on TV years ago. It just mad me mad/sad/etc. Plus, once I had kids I realized it's like x rated. You can't have that garbage on! What will it do for you? Will your daily life change for the BETTER if you watch the news? NOPE! News junkies are pissed off, stressed out, miserable people.
