Ran across this story today while reading news on the net. The name of the blog is called Former Fat Guy Blog. He lost 300 lbs - from scary to quite handsome. If you're interested, you should check it out. There is a section about his new age beliefs and practices, but it's short and not the part that matters... there is some good nutritional advice and links. Definitely worth a few minutes to check it out.
