Egg in a Hole

My new favorite breakfast is "Egg in a Hole." Less mess, less work, same result: eggs and toast. I got the idea here.

I used a small glass to make a hole in my bread - but if your bread is very small you can just rip out a piece of bread with your fingers.

Medium heat the skillet and melt butter.Crack the egg and drop it in the hole.

I couldn't bare the thought of throwing away perfectly good bread, so I made peanut buttter and jelly sandwiches with the left over pieces. They were perfect toddler size.

Flip and cook both sides. I don't like runny yokes so I cooked it thoroughly.
