and we took this one just to laugh at the wrinkles... it got even worse (bigger&saggier) when wet! LOL

How did I do it you ask? Well, I'll just give the very short answer in this post...
1- Read Perfect Weight America
2- Run
3- Lift Weights
4- Eat fresh, natural, low sugar, organic food - often (every 2-3 hours)
5- Drink 70+ ounces of water per day (NO SODA or other sugar drinks)
6- Be CONSISTENT and PATIENT (slow and steady wins the race!)
